Since Indrayani Rice is a food product, returns are accepted strictly under the following conditions:
1. Product is damaged during transit
2. Wrong product has been delivered
3. There is a genuine quality complaint (subject to verification)
Note: Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, tampered, or torn during transit, customers are advised not to accept the delivery and immediately return the package to the delivery representative.

If a damaged product is accepted without reporting visible external damage at the time of delivery, the company reserves the right to reject the return request after verification.
Customers must raise a return request within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return.
To qualify for return:
1. Product must be unopened and unused
2. Product must be in original packaging
3. Original invoice is mandatory
4. “No return once opened” policy strictly applies
Before returning any product, the customer must first contact customer support via phone or email. Return shipment should be initiated only after receiving confirmation from our team.
Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
1. Opened or used products
2. Minor outer packaging dents or cosmetic damages
3. Complaints based on taste preference
4. Requests raised after 3 days of delivery
1. Reverse pickup service is not available.
2. Customer must self-ship the product after approval.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the company (reimbursed after verification).
Shipping reimbursement will be processed upon successful inspection and approval of the returned product.

1. Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed only via Bank Transfer.
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after approval and quality verification of the returned product.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

II. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
